Elope in the Slopes

Our Elope in Vail is a turn-key package for couples planning an elopement for two or an intimate wedding of with your closest friends and family. Our ceremony sites are in Vail or Beaver Creek, can be in the middle of Vail Village, on the slopes, or near the river bed. The inclusive packages include the management of our partner vendors where we handle all the details and work out delicate timelines. We will assist you with an elopement checklist through the Aisle Planner Client Portal our event software, and offer use of Aisle Planner’s Design Studio for inspiration and organization. All packages can be embellished with additional services as listed. Our ceremonies include: Tiny Weddings, Elopements, Renewal Vows and Commitment Ceremonies. 

 

For the spontaneous couple, this package can be pulled together in as little as five days!

Desination Elopments

Included

  • Wedding Location:  site referrals for off-the-beaten path either outdoors at an overlook or indoors.  Examples: gardens, mountain tops, parks, decks, unique restaurants, lake docks, streamside, art museums, or your vacation rental home...or a walk through of Vail Village, Lionshead Village, or Beaver Creek Village

  • Flowers: one gorgeous, seasonal, fresh floral bouquet and matching boutonniere

  • Officiant:  Our qualified team will include pre-written scripts provide you with a beautiful and memorable elopement ceremony. Please feel free to substitute your own vows (of similar length) for our standard ones at no extra charge if you prefer. If you require a religious officiant, we can accommodate for an additional service

  • Tiny Wedding Cake - Perfect for you to cut at your elopement and share together! We have a great vendor that can help with that! Just reach out

  • Photography:  2-hours professional photography, high-resolution edited digital images

  • Dinner:  restaurant reservations at a small private dining room or semi-private dining areas if so desired

  • Accommodations: Complimentary room upgrade for the couple (based on availability) including Champagne and charcuterie welcome board upon arrival, A negotiated space available discount for friends and family (based on availability)

  • Planning & onsite coordination:  booking & coordination of vendors, creation of a wedding day schedule/timing.  Information about the Colorado marriage license (how and where to obtain it), and local information such as accommodations, transportation, spa, hair & make-up service.  Onsite, we guide you through the wedding day, providing up to three hours of day-of coordination including the pick-up and delivery of flowers & wedding cake, and synchronization of wedding day events & vendors

  • Personalized wedding:  although this is a package, it is personalized to reflect your style and vision - no two weddings are ever the same.  Each one is truly unique

  • Items *NOT* included:  travel (lodging, air, car rentals), hair + makeup or spa packages, dinner, attire, rings, marriage license, photo album, videography

  • Planning of other your Wedding weekend events: If planning a tiny wedding, we know you need to keep everyone entertained for your tiny wedding weekend and can offer additional assistance to help plan your engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, day after brunch, spa days, guided ski/ hike/ bike/ fishing/ golf trips, bachelor party, bachelorette party

Complete Elopement Package starting at $5,200

Some Notes:

  • October -May:  offered 7 days a week

  • June - September:  offered Sunday -Thursday, if a Friday or Saturday is requested, please add 15% to the selected package

  • Available within 6-months of your wedding date

  • Blackout dates:  February 14th, July 1-5, Labor Day and Memorial Day Weekends, and December 24 - January 1.
